培养目标
本专业培养德、智、体全面发展的，具有扎实的酒店管理学科的基本原理和基本知识，掌握有关酒店管理问题研究的定性和定量分析方法，熟悉酒店业发展的方针、政策和法规，了解酒店业发展动态，掌握资料收集、文献检索的基本方法，并具有一定的科研能力和实际工作能力，知识面宽、实践能力强，能适应21世纪中国酒店业、旅游业国际化发展需要的、具有创新素质和创新能力的，能在各级旅游与酒店行政管理部门和酒店及其他旅游企事业单位从事管理工作的应用型专门人才。
